About Me
Arielle Rose Gold, Esquire, Managing Attorney
Arielle spent the past 15 years working in the real estate industry. In recent years, she’s worked as a real estate attorney with a focus on litigation, transactions, and zoning. She also spent time as a commercial litigation and personal injury defense attorney.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and real estate developers, Arielle has always had an interest in starting her own real estate business. After years of working with investors as a real estate agent, Arielle decided to throw her hat in the ring and purchase her first of many investment properties. From there it was a short road to Arielle’s enrollment at Temple University Beasley School of Law as an evening student, so that she could obtain the legal knowledge necessary to expand her real estate career.
Arielle’s hands-on experience in real estate allows her to give practical advice to clients, whether they are looking to purchase a new home or find themselves in need of legal assistance. She is a powerhouse with a plethora of knowledge and experience at your disposal.
Arielle grew up in Cheltenham, eventually making her way down North Broad when she started college at Temple University. A Pennsylvania native and a long-time Philadelphia resident, Arielle has a passion for the area and those who reside in it. Currently living in Roxborough, Arielle enjoys hikes with her dog, Blake, through the Wissahickon. She also picked up painting as a Covid hobby that stuck and is always trying to hone her craft.
